The location was outstanding! The first room we received was not good, but, the second one was great on the second night and thereafter. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, The bathroom, towels and amenities were excellent. Everything worked - TV, clicker, dryer, WIFI, great shower pressure, robes, etc. The hotel motif after Sherlock Holmes was very well done. The check-in staff were excellent and accomodated our request to hold our luggage during mini-excursion to Brugges prior to check-in. Arrived their via taxi. Arranged Uber to return to LHR from the Uber app.

I stayed for one night. the room and hotel were very pretty and decorated beautifully. close to the tube station (even better if you get to the correct entrance). the staff were very nice and helpful. every thing looked clean and looked after. breakfast was amazing and really tasty.

The staff were all very friendly and helfpul. The reception staff went over and above to help me. The location right by Baker Street and Marylebone High Street was fantastic. The food was excellent (I especially enjoyed what I ordered for room service).
